It was in a very central setting close to metro station to get around Paris.

comfortable location with private parking nearby. really comfortable area, 300 metres to george v metro station. romantic room and extremely spacious, with a minibar, central heating, and an iron. hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, very big bed.

The suite with a bedroom and a coffee was a great example of convenience, and the rooms had nicely decorated interiors in a fantastic location.

I loved mostly everything. The decor, and the experience was much better than some £300 hotels we had stayed at.

All was not good. There is no hotel calld Hotel du Romancier , it is a fake name , the hotel name is ChataueBerriand. Vale was too high. A walk in client came while I was standing at receiption and was offerd half my price , when I asked , they told me : because you booked through Booked.net..?????!!!!!!!!!

Pleasant stay with no complaints.

I stayed this past weekend (Sept 2-10, 2012) with friends to take in the sights and shopping of Paris! The room for Paris was spacious with the room decorated tastefully. The hotel service was wonderful! They were very welcoming. This is not a large hotel and is not busteling with guests in and out - so to enjoy a bottle of wine after walking miles and miles in the Louvre down in their lovely little courtyard was perfect!

I would not opt to take the morning breakfast as it is a tad on the expensive side for a continental type breakfast.

Interior was nice

It is the worst hotel ever I stayed. There is no noise insulation done in the room that I stayed. All night long I could hear people going in and out ,and talks and the worst was next morning from 7 or earlier, there was a strong noise like metal scratching another metal... I was so tired after slipping there one night ,that I had to cancel next day trip. What was the most unpleasant ,that receptionist didn't care at all about my complain . I am wonder who and why upgrade this hotel as 4 stars??? I ordered room and a parking ,but parking was to small,so I had to search for another parking somewhere else. Too much bad luck for 1 person ,1 night...

I really like the "paris-mood" in rooms and in whole hotel. Location is absolutely great. Room was clean, cute and not small (in paris near champs elysees) so I think it's a good value for 165 Euro per night, we paid. We didn't take breakfast, so I've got nothing to say about it. *Мне очень понравились комнаты в "парижском духе" и весь отель в этом стиле. Местоположение шикарное! Комнаты чистые, милые и не маленькие ( в париже, рядом с елисейскими полями! ) , так что я думаю, это хорошее предложение за такие деньги - мы платили 165 евро за ночь. Мы не брали завтрак, так что и сказать нечего.

Actually Hotel is called chateaubriand - as the street! We were searching for about half an hour, until I decided to go inside and ask if this Hotel's name in du Romancier... Noise from neighboors. One of our towels was not perfectly clean... *Вообще-то отель называется CHATEAUBRIAND - как и улица! Мы его искали полчаса, пока я не зашла и не спросила, где Романсье - оказалось он и есть! Шум от соседей (за стенкой) Одно из полотенец было не идеальной чистоты......хм...
